The selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to:

• Transaction Advisory Services
• Internal Audits and Process Audits
• Due Diligence (Financial and Business)
• Business and Equity Valuations
• Financial Analysis and Modelling
• MIS and Management Reporting
• Financial and Business Advisory
• Review and analysis of financial statements and business performance
• Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing, and financial analysis
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to independently handle assignments and work in a dynamic professional environment
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple domains and industries
