The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Assurance professional to join as Manager or Associate Director in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. You will lead statutory audits for large clients, act as main client contact, and oversee delivery of high-quality financial reporting.

You will guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams through regulatory complexities, ensuring technical accuracy and strong client relationships, while driving audit excellence and growth for the assurance practice.

Required Skillset

• Demonstrated expertise in Statutory Audit and Assurance practices, with a deep understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act provisions.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale client engagements and lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial insights to C-suite executives and audit committees.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment, process improvement, and technical problem-solving.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6 – 14 years of progressive experience, preferably within a Big 4 or top-tier accounting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site client interactions with remote team management effectively.
