Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable hybrid-model applications that support retail banking and commercial lending customer communications.

You will work with QI Digital Advantage Suite, QI Scaler, Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire to deliver secure, high-quality statements and notices while aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional software development experience in enterprise-scale projects.
• Hands-on expertise with QI Digital Advantage Suite and QI Scaler.
• Proficient with Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Domain knowledge in retail banking and commercial lending processes.
• Strong requirements analysis, solution design and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with version control, build automation and deployment practices.

Job Summary

Lead Developer for customer communication solutions using QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire responsible for designing developing and optimizing scalable hybrid model applications that support retail banking and commercial lending clients while ensuring high quality resilient and secure customer communication journeys that align with enterprise standards and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end to end customer communication solutions using QI Digital Advantage Suite and QI Scaler that meet functional requirements and performance expectations while maintaining strong quality standards.


• Configure develop and optimize Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire templates to support dynamic content generation complex business rules and reusable components for multiple financial products.


• Analyze user journeys and document flows to translate business needs from retail banking and commercial lending stakeholders into robust technical designs within the customer communication platforms.


• Collaborate closely with product owners business analysts and architects to refine requirements and ensure that implemented solutions align with enterprise architecture guidelines and compliance constraints.


• Review refactor and enhance existing Quadient based solutions to improve maintainability reusability and performance while reducing operational risks and incidents across environments.


• Coordinate with quality engineering teams to define test strategies create reusable test data and support functional regression and performance testing activities for all customer communication releases.


• Provide technical guidance to developers and support teams by sharing best practices on QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire toolchains to ensure consistent delivery quality.


• Monitor production workloads and logs for customer communication services troubleshoot issues proactively and implement preventive measures that improve overall platform resilience and stability.


• Document solution designs configuration standards and deployment runbooks in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance across distributed teams.


• Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline build and deployment pipelines for Quadient components and ensure efficient promotion of changes across non production and production environments.


• Engage with business partners regularly to gather feedback identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements that increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in communication processes.


• Ensure strict adherence to security privacy and compliance requirements relevant to banking communication solutions including secure handling of customer data and audit ready traceability.


• Adapt effectively to a hybrid working model by using collaboration tools clear communication practices and time management skills to deliver predictable outcomes within a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• possess eight to twelve years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise scale customer communication management projects.


• demonstrate hands on expertise in QI Digital Advantage Suite and QI Scaler including configuration scripting integration and performance tuning activities.


• show advanced proficiency in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire including template design data mapping business rule implementation and output channel configuration.


• bring domain understanding of retail banking and commercial lending processes which helps in modeling accurate statements notices and customer correspondence.


• exhibit strong skills in requirement analysis solution design defect resolution and stakeholder communication within hybrid working environments.
