Role & responsibilities

• Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
• Preparation of Material reconciliation report based on monthly available stock.
• Conduct detailed Rate Analysis for various civil engineering work items (concrete, reinforcement, brickwork, finishing, etc.) by breaking down material, labor, machinery, overheads, and profit margins.
• Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
• Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.
• Preparing Client Bills and checking Contractors Bill
• Complete end to end cost to budget finalization.
• Business plans include item rate analysis and securing authorized approval.
• Material procurement tracking and management.
• Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work.
• Prepared Reinforcement schedule for estimating Assist in the estimation of direct costs for tenders.
• Identification and preparation of extra items..
• Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
