Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced software engineer skilled in real-time OS, Linux internals, and safety-critical automotive systems. You will work on multi-platform board bring-up, kernel/driver development, and BSP/Yocto integration in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Your role requires C/C++, scripting, exposure to ISO 26262, and secure boot concepts, with CI pipelines and version control integrated into daily tasks for robust software delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with QNX Neutrino RTOS and Linux internals.
• Expertise in hypervisor technologies (QNX Hypervisor, Xen, Jailhouse, or similar).
• Board bring-up on platforms such as NXP, Qualcomm, TI, Renesas, NVIDIA, ARM‑based SoCs.
• Proficiency in C/C++, shell scripting.
• Bootloaders: U‑Boot, QNX IPL.
• Kernel and driver development; OS porting; Device Tree, BSP creation.
• Familiarity with Yocto/BSP layers (Linux).
• Experience with ISO 26262, functional safety, or automotive systems.
• Exposure to secure boot, trusted execution environments, cybersecurity concepts.
• Knowledge of virtualization in real-time systems.
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git.
