Years of Experience:
– 3-6 years of overall experience
– 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement Data warehouse concepts and Data modelling principles
2. Data mining and extracting usable data from valuable data sources
3. Enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems
4. Analysing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions
5. Gather business requirements, collect data from different data sources, generate metrics, build reports, provide data insights and document the process.
6. Perform mapping of data sources, data movement, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality using ETL Methodologies and tools
7. Use Tableau to develop and deliver metrics dashboards as well as standardized, custom, and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders
8. Manage expectations and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery of results
9. Work with Analytics leadership to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives
10. Prepare spreadsheets, Prep flows, SQL queries, and Tableau dashboards that perform calculations to allow data to be viewed across many parameters
11. Execute the pre QA test scripts to confirm the validity of the inputs received
12. Ensure the accuracy of metrics by performing detailed quality reviews, data testing, and technical troubleshooting for Level-1 issues
13. Create, build and deliver specific custom analysis projects as determined by needs of the business
14. Visual presentation of quantitative information through tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau
15. Manage end to end surveys and practitioner outreach activities including designing and rolling out surveys, monitoring results, closing surveys, tracking and reporting results
16. Ability to interact with customers to present standard offerings, insights and findings

Technical Skills:

1. Experience with Python programming.
2. Experience with data wrangling ability to interpret and clean data using Python.
3. Working experience with Python & libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, and Keras.
4. Experience dealing with both structured & unstructured datasets and drawing insights from the data.
5. Good understanding of statistical methods sampling, modelling, hypothesis testing and interpreting model results (t value / z scores).
6. Ability to build and fine-tune algorithms that scale up from small-scale proof-of-concept stage to full production systems.
7. Experience with text analytics & NLP libraries preferred.
8. Experience with Databricks preferred.
9. Agile development experience preferred.
10. Familiarity in at least some visualization tools such as Tableau.
11. Familiarity with Azure deployments preferred.
12. Strong Tableau Desktop skills required.
