Job summary

Zensar is seeking a Quality Engineer (Automation) to design and implement scalable automation frameworks and ensure high-quality software delivery. The role covers web, mobile, API, and end-to-end testing in an Agile environment.

The candidate should have experience with test automation frameworks, data-driven and keyword-driven approaches, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. ISTQB certification and cloud familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Automate web, mobile, API, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
• Perform API testing using modern testing tools and frameworks.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Identify, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Generate test execution reports and quality metrics.
• Continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.
