Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a laboratory professional to perform routine finished product testing, including assays and dissolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will independently operate HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and Karl Fischer instruments, calibrate equipment, and troubleshoot methods.

Real-time documentation of procedures and results following ALCOA+ data integrity principles is required, with collaboration across QA teams.

Qualifications

• Perform routine testing of finished dosage forms for critical parameters such as assay, dissolution and related substances.
• Operate, calibrate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis and Karl Fischer titrators.
• Prepare and standardize solutions required for analytical testing.

Job description

Finished Product Testing: Perform routine independent testing of finished dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, oral liquids) for critical parameters including Assay, Dissolution, Content Uniformity, Related Substances, and Blend Uniformity.

Instrument Operation: Independently operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, and Karl Fischer titrators.

Solution Preparation: Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, mobile phases, buffers, and reference standard solutions required for analytical testing.

Real-Time Documentation: Document all analytical procedures, calculations, and results in laboratory worksheets and logbooks in real-time, strictly adhering to ALCOA+ and Data Integrity principles.
