Job summary

Growqai is seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to ensure footwear products meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will inspect materials, components, and finished goods at multiple production stages, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.

The role requires 1–3 years of footwear/ leather goods quality control experience or relevant knowledge. Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome; on-site work in Gurugram, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in footwear, leather goods, or apparel industry.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished footwear products.
• Inspect footwear for defects related to stitching, bonding, sole attachment, finishing, color consistency, sizing, labeling, and packaging.
• Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform in-line and final inspections during the production process.
• Identify, document, and report quality defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Verify measurements, fit, appearance, and workmanship of footwear.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and daily inspection logs.
• Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet company and customer requirements before dispatch.
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow workplace safety and quality compliance guidelines.
