Ipca in India seeks a Quality Control Microbiology professional to ensure Good Laboratory Practice and lab safety in the Quality Control Laboratory, and to prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents.

You will sample FP products, test and release microbial samples, and monitor the environment of the powder processing area. The role also includes training QC personnel and maintaining microbial cultures.

• Inform QC head of abnormalities and investigate incidents, system suitability failures, deviation, out of specification and out of trend.
• Provide on job training of QC personnel, responsible for SOP training as per TNI.
• Maintenance and storage of microbial cultures.
• Standardization of microbial cultures and growth promotion test of media.
• Calibration of instruments.
• Disinfectant, maintenance & storage of microbial cultures. Indent & Procurement of chemicals, media and consumable items related to micro lab
• Review of microbial data.
• Review SOP index for SOP revision.
• Responsible for other activity defined by QC head
