Job summary

Ipca in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory professional. The role focuses on GLP and lab safety, preparation and standardization of solutions, sampling of FP micro samples, and releasing microbial tests and environmental monitoring data.

You will train QC staff, contribute to SOP training, calibrate instruments, manage microbial cultures, and assist in investigations and data reviews as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow Good laboratory practice and lab safety practice in Quality Control Laboratory.
• Responsible for preparation and standardization of volumetric solution and reagents.
• Responsible for sampling of FP Product (Micro Sample)
• Testing and release of microbial sample
• Testing and release of environment monitoring of powder processing area of plants
• Responsible to inform and abnormalities to QC head and responsible for investigation of incidents, system suitability failures, deviation, out of specification and out of trend
• Responsible for providing on job training of QC personal, responsible for SOP training as per TNI
• Responsible for maintenance & storage microbial cultures.
• Responsible for standardization of microbial cultures and growth promotion test of media.
• Responsible for calibration of instruments.
• Disinfectant, maintenance & storage of microbial cultures. Indent & Procurement of chemicals, media and consumable items related to micro lab
• Responsible for review of microbial data.
• Review SOP index for SOP revision
• Responsible for other activity define by QC head
