Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing: bioburden, sterility, and bacterial endotoxin testing (BET)
• Environmental monitoring: cleanroom monitoring (air, surface, personnel) and trend reporting
• Microbiological testing of RM, PM, CM, and media preparation with validation and growth promotion testing
• Documentation as per GMP, ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements
• Handling deviations, OOS and CAPA as applicable; support audits and regulatory inspections

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Routine microbiological testing, including:

• Bioburden testing
• Sterility testing
• Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)

Environmental Monitoring:

• Cleanroom monitoring (air, surface, personnel)
• Trend analysis and reporting

Microbiological testing of:

• Raw Materials (RM)
• Packing Materials (PM)
• Consumables & Components (CM)
• Media preparation, validation, and growth promotion testing
• Documentation as per GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements
• Handling deviations, OOS, and CAPA (as applicable)
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices
• Familiarity with medical device microbiology (preferred)
• Strong documentation and compliance mindset
• Good analytical and communication skills
