Job summary

You will use Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and weighing scales, maintain inspection records, and coordinate with Production for corrective actions. 0–2 years’ experience in plastics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) is required.
• 0–2 years experience in QC or plastics.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Knowledge of QC procedures and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections for defects such as cracks, scratches, flash, and color variations.
• Conduct quality checks during plastic manufacturing and moulding processes.
• Use Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and weighing scales.
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
• Identify defective products and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Follow quality procedures and maintain inspection records.
