Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a Quality Control professional to log and close incidents, OOS, OOC and CAPA per SOP. You will investigate QC laboratory results and prepare QMS incident reports, including trends analysis and training based on root-cause findings.

You will contribute to reducing laboratory errors, ensure GMP compliance, maintain QC housekeeping, and coordinate analytical protocols with QA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely logging and closure of Incident, OOS, OOC, OOT, CAPA, change controls (PC,TC) as per standard operating procedure.
• Responsible for the investigation of Incidents, OOS, OOC and OOT results observed in quality control laboratory.
• Responsible to prepare the investigation reports of QMS events e.g. Laboratory incidents, OOS, OOC and OOT.
• Responsible for preparation of Trends report for Incidents, OOS and OOT.
• Responsible to provide training to group of people based on root cause identification during investigation of QMS events.
• Responsible to work upon reduction of Laboratory errors in Quality Control department.
• Responsible for compliance of Good manufacturing practices in Quality Control laboratory.
• Responsible to maintain Housekeeping in the Quality Control department.
• Responsible to initiate the request for issuance of Analytical protocols and formats from QA as and when required.
• Responsible for timely completion of necessary on job training and GMP training in Nichelon software.
• Responsible as training coordinator in software
• Responsible for timely completion of any additional task given by Manage/QC Head /Designee as and when required.
