You will design and execute test cases across functional, integration, regression, and system testing, ensuring CRM workflows and business processes meet quality standards. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Engineer with experience in software testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manual testing, test case preparation, defect tracking, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test execution plans.
• Design and execute test cases for manual, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing to validate business processes, workflows, and CRM functionalities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint testing, defect triage, and test status reporting.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
