Job summary

Sigachi Industries is seeking a QC Chemist for the GACL Plant in Gujarat. The role involves analyzing samples, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting production and R&D with analytical insights.

You will operate instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titration setups while maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative testing.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP/ISO standards.
• Ability to operate analytical instruments and maintain records.
• Knowledge of COAs and logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Sample Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Safety Protocols: Follow EHS guidelines and ensure safe handling of chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and GACL internal quality systems.
• Instrument Handling: Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titration setups.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate test records, COAs, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
• Process Support: Provide analytical support to production and R&D teams.
