Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Senior UAT Analyst for Salesforce Health Cloud & Automation in a hybrid setup. You will lead functional UAT efforts, engage business SMEs and product owners, and contribute to test automation and AI-enabled testing within an Agile framework.

In this role, you will coordinate test planning, execution, and defect management, ensuring release readiness and clear acceptance criteria across health cloud functionalities and related integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAT for health tech or Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
• Ability to design test strategies, scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaboration with Product Owners, SMEs, QA and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary UAT partner for Product Owners, SMEs and Delivery teams, building strong relationships and providing clear quality leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead UAT planning, test preparation, execution, defect management, release readiness assessments and business sign-off activities.
• Represent the UAT function in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, backlog refinement sessions, governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
• Review and challenge business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure business outcomes are clear, testable and aligned with customer expectations.
• Design and execute end-to-end business-focused test scenarios covering Salesforce Health Cloud functionality, customer journeys, business processes, integrations and downstream impacts.
• Assess the impact of new releases, platform changes and cross-team dependencies, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate test coverage.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, Developers and QA teams to investigate issues, clarify requirements and support timely resolution of defects.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, quality concerns and release recommendations to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Support and mentor SMEs and business testers, ensuring testing activities are executed consistently and evidence is captured appropriately.

Job description

Overall purpose: This is an exciting senior hybrid role supporting strategic Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives across Cigna International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) - Transformation Office. As part of the Cigna IH Customer, Client and Provider Experience team, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Senior Analyst - Salesforce Health Cloud & Automation, reporting to the Transformation Office UAT Lead, will combine functional UAT leadership, business engagement and quality governance with hands-on technical contribution to test automation and AI-enabled testing. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, clients, Technology, QA, Scrum and Delivery teams to ensure that business requirements, customer journeys, integrations and release outcomes are thoroughly validated from an end-user perspective. The role will primarily support Salesforce Health Cloud and its connected enterprise services. This position operates in a fast-moving Agile environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities, working to demanding delivery timelines, maintaining a high level of commitment and accountability, and representing the UAT team confidently and professionally in project and governance forums. The role will also support the automation assets from approved tools and frameworks, including Cursor with Vista and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, while ensuring appropriate human review, traceability, security and responsible use of AI for agile CI/CD improvement based on best practices.
