Job summary

LTM in Pune is seeking QA testers to run end-to-end scenario testing on customer-facing channels. You will place real calls and start real chat sessions, follow defined test scenarios and validate routing, self-service flows and case management.

You will perform voice and chat testing, document results with clear evidence, and log defects in Jira. The role requires English proficiency, attention to detail, and flexibility to work across time zones and potential Case Management testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional or UAT testing.
• Ability to follow scenario based test cases carefully and spot unexpected behavior.
• Clear structured defect reporting, ideally in Jira.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Reliable, detail oriented and comfortable with repetitive execution.
• Amazon Connect experience.
• Previous testing experience with contact centers (IVR or chatbots).
• Knowledge of CRM or case management tools helps if tester moves to Case Management.

Responsibilities

• Voice testing: make inbound test calls and verify IVR menus, prompts, flows and handovers against scenarios.
• Chat testing: start chat sessions, validate bot conversations, intents, responses and agent escalation.
• Execution and reporting: run test cases, record results with evidence and timestamps, log defects in Jira.
• Retesting: retest fixed defects and run regression cycles before releases.
• Market coverage: run scenarios in Spanish for LATAM and NAM as needed.
• Support across NAM/LAM time zones.
• Flexibility to move to Case Management testing if project needs capacity.

• Market coverage Run scenarios in Spanish for Latin American LAM and NAM markets when needed
• Support during NAMLAM time zones
• Flexibility Move to Case Management testing if the project needs more capacity there
