Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a QA & QC Assistant (Contractual) to perform routine testing of lubricants and base oils, record test results, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will coordinate with production teams and maintain instrument calibration schedules.

Requires a chemistry-related degree and 1–5 years QA/QC experience in lubricants or chemical industries; freshers with relevant knowledge may be considered. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in QA/QC lab in lubricants, oil, or chemical industry (Freshers with relevant knowledge may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing of lubricants, base oils, additives per standard methods.
• Perform tests such as viscosity, density, flash point, pour point, TAN, TBN, moisture content.
• Assist in incoming raw material sampling, inspection, and verification against specifications.
• Record and maintain accurate test reports and lab records.
• Maintain calibration and AMC cycles of laboratory instruments.
• Support investigation of quality deviations, complaints, and non-conforming products.
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, and storage of FG and raw material samples.
• Maintain lab housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards, including handling of chemicals.
• Follow EHS guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse for routine activities.
