Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Maharashtra seeks a QA Officer to uphold product integrity through analytical testing, calibration support, and qualification reporting. You will monitor testing precision, assist in investigations, and contribute to 5S and IMS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• 5–7 years of experience in testing lubricants, additives, chemicals, or related products.
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis, and laboratory blending or synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with ICP, FTIR, viscometers, and auto titrators.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP QM module.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and support operational requirements.
• Experience with workplace management systems such as 5S.
• Result orientation, planning capability, customer focus, decision-making, and open communication skills.

Responsibilities
