Pratiti Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with 8+ years to drive test automation strategy using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and ensure high-quality releases.

This role requires strong CI/CD experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a hands-on approach to testing across functional, regression, and end-to-end scopes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for web applications.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for QA automation.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts with Playwright in JS/TS.
• Build scalable automation frameworks for web applications.

Role Overview

Pratiti Technologies is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QAAutomation Engineerwith 8+years of experiencein software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScriptand a strong understanding of modern test automation practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software releases through functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesfor automated testing, enabling continuous quality and faster delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites to ensure product quality.
• Set up, integrate, and maintain CI/CD pipelinesto support continuous testing and automated deployments.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers,QAEngineers, and DevOps teams to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, investigate defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Improve automation coverage, optimize testing strategies, and recommend best practices for quality assurance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and automation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Software Testing andQAAutomation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwrightusing JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks for web applications.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesforQAautomation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
