Job summary

Pravek Kalp in India is seeking a Sr. QA to oversee documentation and compliance within the Quality Assurance department. The role focuses on SOP/BPR/BMR preparation, daily process verification, logbook reviews, and maintaining Ayush-related records.

You will work under the Department Head, support production by resolving during in-process stages, handle deviations and market complaints, ensure traceability of QC reports, and sustain environmental and cleaning checks across all sections.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Review of SOPs, BPR, BMR, logbooks, log sheets and other related documented.
• Observe & verify the daily running process of manufacturing, packing and other sections.
• Daily verification of logbooks, log sheets, and other online documents.
• Preparation of stability data & validation data of product, machines etc.
• Handling of market complaints, change control, deviations, & other compliance.
• Resolve the challenge occurs during production, in-process, and documentation.
• To maintain the documents related the Quality Assurance dept.
• To perform the activities, guided by the Department Head.
• To maintain the records related to Ayush Dept. requirements.
• Responsible for the cross check of all logbooks.
• Responsible for the receiving of QC test reports.
• Daily check the cleaning & environmental condition of all sections.
• Responsible for online review of BPR of Tablet, Capsule, Syrup Oils & Jawkut section.
