Are you a seasoned QA professional with a passion for data validation and a knack for SQL testing? Join our client's dynamic team to support cutting-edge analytics and KPI reporting, ensuring data accuracy and quality across complex financial and operational systems.

Role Overview:

Our client are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a deep expertise in SQL-based testing and data validation to strengthen their analytics landscape. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, verify KPI metrics, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance testing coverage. Your work will directly influence the integrity of the data-driven decision-making processes, driving innovation and accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance and Data Testing
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database testing techniques
• Proven ability to create detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases
• Expertise in data validation, ETL testing, and KPI/reporting validation
• Capable of analyzing complex business rules and translating them into effective test scenarios
• Experience within Agile development environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Snowflake and Python
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks and scripting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including hands-on database testing and data validation

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work during 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
• Candidates comfortable working remotely and collaborating virtually are preferred
• Relevant certifications in QA or database testing are a plus
