QA Engineer

We’re looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team and ensure high-quality product delivery. You’ll work closely with developers to identify issues and improve performance. The role involves manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about quality, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create clear, testable scenarios. Design and execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects with appropriate severity and priority.
• Validate data accuracy across workflows and integrations.
• Test evolving SaaS products with a strong focus on user experience and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams during sprint and release cycles.
• Take ownership of quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based delivery.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and structured test case design.
• Proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in SaaS product testing with a user-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress (web), Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS).
• Experience in API/backend testing (e.g., Sybase or similar tools).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated test execution.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and learning agility skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a similar degree.
• Relevant Tech Stack Certifications are advantageous.
