Job summary

Shjintl is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer (freshers to 3 years) who enjoys learning and improving quality. You will work with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements, test applications, and ensure high-quality releases.

You will design test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and assist in automation and API testing. A strong foundation in software testing concepts and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals can apply).
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business logic and workflows quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of: Manual testing techniques, API testing concepts, Databases (SQL basics).
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.

Responsibilities

This role is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
