The Purpose of This Role This role in Workplace Investing Quality Engineering group supports automation capability development including execution of automation roadmap building infrastructure and tools across multiple technology stacks following governance and development standards

The Value You Deliver Hands on role focused on developing automation solutions using modern technologies leading code reviews and enforcing coding standards Work closely with architects developers and business stakeholders to define QE strategy and mentor teams Design automation frameworks suited for applications Translate business and system requirements into automation solutions Design develop document and maintain automated tests and tools Follow software engineering principles in automation development Apply test driven design concepts to build and debug automation Deliver maintainable and high quality automation code Collaborate with technical teams to improve processes standards and best practices Develop automation tools understand requirements and enhance maintainability of automation platforms
