Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and mobile apps. You will drive automation strategies, ensure quality releases, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA peers.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with C#, Appium for Android and iOS, and API testing using RESTful approaches.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with C#.
• Proven experience with Appium for Android and iOS.
• RESTful API testing and automation experience.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Proficient in version control (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity).
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with C# and Appium.
• Develop and maintain API test automation frameworks using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or custom C# libraries.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of APIs and mobile applications.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and work with the dev team to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Ensure test coverage and maintain quality standards across all platforms.
• Mentor junior QA team members and conduct code reviews for automation scripts.
