Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Senior / Lead QA Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our automation capabilities across Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Nagpur. This full-time role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days of work-from-office, requires 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience, and mandates AI experience.

You will lead automation readiness, build and maintain frameworks, and drive API testing and CI/CD integration using tools like Java, Selenium, Playwright, Rest

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of API testing using Rest Assured.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• 1-2 years of practical experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
• Exposure to AI-powered testing platforms such as Testim, mabl, Functionize, ACCELQ, Applitools, or Copilot for Testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation readiness initiatives, including tool evaluation, framework setup, and onboarding of automation engineers.
• Collaborate in Agile environments to deliver reliable automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
