Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Python GenAI Developer in India to shape cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions within a collaborative global team. You will build backend systems, leverage Copilot for coding, testing and refactoring, and work with agentic AI tools and cloud integrations.

Ideal candidates have 8 to 13 years of Python experience, are proficient with APIs and microservices, and can collaborate on architecture while delivering scalable automation in cloud environments.

Your Role

We are seeking experienced Python GenAI Developers with 8 to 13 years of expertise in Python and modern AI-assisted development, particularly leveraging Microsoft/GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of, or hands-on exposure to, agentic AI systems—both within Copilot and through external frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI Agents.
