Job summary

Tanisha Systems Inc. is seeking a Python Fullstack Engineer with React and Cloud experience for Bengaluru-based work. The role requires 7 to 12 years of total experience, with 4 to 7 years relevant, and Bengaluru 4 Days WFO.

Primary skills include Python fullstack with cloud experience, plus hands-on frontend and backend delivery capabilities. We value strong backend depth, experience in React/TypeScript, and familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack development experience, with strong backend depth and practical frontend delivery experience.
• Strong backend programming skills in Python or C#/.NET, including object-oriented design and RESTful API development.
• Willingness to learn and work with Python and FastAPI is essential. Prior Python experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates from a C#/.NET background.
• Working proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript, including component development, state management and backend API integration.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design sufficient to deliver functional, maintainable frontend features.
• Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, indexing and query optimization, plus working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, input validation and secure application development.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, performance tuning and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills with ownership through delivery.
• For Lead Engineer: Demonstrated experience producing HLDs, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineers through end-to-end implementation.
