Role Overview

Join our Mumbai team to build end-to-end web applications. You’ll work onsite, collaborate daily with product & design, and ship production-grade features using React and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UIs with React and maintain scalable Python backends.
• Build reusable components using React Hooks and modern state management.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Document APIs using standards like Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Model data, write complex queries, and optimize performance in the required RDBMS.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, perform code reviews, and deploy via CI/CD.
• Write clean, tested, and documented code, including unit and integration tests using frameworks like Pytest (Python) and Jest/React Testing Library (React).

Must-Have Skills

Frontend:

• 2+ years with React.js (Hooks, Context, lifecycle).
• Experience with routing, responsive design, and scaling state management solutions (Redux Toolkit/Zustand preferred).
• 2–3 years building APIs in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proficient with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

Database & SQL:

• Mandatory: Proven experience and deep proficiency with at least one of the following Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS): MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with two or more of the listed RDBMS.
• Expertise in: Writing efficient SQL queries, schema design, normalisation, joins, subqueries, and performance tuning (EXPLAIN, indexing).
