Job summary

Rubiscape is seeking a Python Developer to join the core backend engineering team, building high-performance APIs and microservices with FastAPI and Django for the Rubiscape Platform (The Enterprise AI Engine) and real-time data pipelines powering GenAI apps.

Responsibilities include secure multi-tenant architectures, extensive DB work (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and integration with Celery, Redis, and other connectors, deployed across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of backend development with Python.
• Production-ready apps with FastAPI and Django/DRF.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis, RabbitMQ).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-concurrency, low-latency APIs and microservices with FastAPI and Django.
• Integrate with ML libraries, Celery, and 200+ pre-built connectors.
• Architect secure DB schemas and optimize heavy SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Enforce security, multi-tenancy, and data governance across cloud and on-prem deployments.

Job description

We are seeking a high-caliber Python Developer with deepexpertise in FastAPI and Django to join our core backend engineering team. Inthis role, you will be responsible for building the high-performance APIarchitectures, microservices, and robust backend engines that power theRubiscape Platform (The Enterprise AI Engine) and orchestrate sophisticated,real-time data pipelines and GenAI apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,develop, and maintain high-concurrency, low-latency APIs and microservicesusing FastAPI for data streaming/AI inference and Django for robustenterprise workflows.
• Integratecomplex backend layers with machine learning libraries, distributed taskqueues (e.g., Celery), and enterprise data sources via our 200+ pre-builtconnectors.
• Architectand implement secure database schemas, optimize heavy SQL/NoSQL queries,and manage data pipe lining frameworks to ensure maximum platformthroughput.
• Enforcestrict security, multi-tenancy isolation, and rigorous data governancestandards across various cloud and air-gapped On-Premise deploymenttopologies.

Requirements

• 3–6years of intensive backend development experience using Python as theprimary language.
• Proventrack record of shipping production-ready applications using FastAPI (for asynchronous, high-speed APIs) and Django/DRF (for robustenterprise MVC/REST frameworks).
• Solidunderstanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) andcaching/message brokers (Redis, RabbitMQ).
• Familiaritywith containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and handling data structurescommon in data science pipelines (Pandas, NumPy) is a strong advantage.
