Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Python Developer in Pune to work with a leading investment bank client. You will develop software applications from business requirements and participate in design, testing, and implementation activities across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining applications, code reviews, and mentoring juniors. Strong Python, Airflow, SQL, CI/CD, and cloud experience are required, with familiarity in DevOps practices and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience with data engineering and automation.
• Apache Airflow DAG development and orchestration.
• SQL and distributed query engines (Trino/Presto).
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; Argo for GitOps.
• Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Monitoring/Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic.
