Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Backend Development using Python.
• Deep understanding of Python’s data structures, decorators, generators, and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
• Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Libraries: SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, and Pytest.
• Data handling with Pandas and formats like JSON, XML, Parquet.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• DevOps literacy: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.

Job Responsibilities

• Application Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Pythonic best practices.
• System Architecture: Architect efficient, reusable, and testable modules that serve as the backbone of high-performance applications.
• Data Integration: Build and optimize software for high-throughput data extraction and transformation from diverse sources (Streaming, SQL/NoSQL, and unstructured formats).
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, enforce PEP 8 standards, and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and performance.
• Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks in the application layer and optimize complex logic to ensure low-latency responses.
• Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries and manage data persistence layers across relational (Oracle/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.
• Automation & Tooling: Develop internal tools and CLI applications to automate repetitive development tasks and deployment workflows.
