Job summary

HCLSoftware, the software business division of HCLTech, is hiring a Python Developer in Noida to build robust, scalable products. You will work on full-cycle product development with a focus on Python programming, Django/Flask/FastAPI frameworks, and cloud deployments.

Applicants should have 7–12 years of hands-on Python experience, strong debugging skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of proven experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python programming and application development.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle application/product development and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning.
• Familiarity with databases (GraphDB / Neo4j) and cloud services.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools for deploying microservices!
• Excellent problem-solving skills and good communication and collaboration.
