Capco is seeking a Python Developer for HR Strategy/Engineering in Bengaluru to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational transformation. The role collaborates with HR leadership and Technology stakeholders to design scalable, data-driven solutions that improve workforce decision-making and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software development, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake/Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in software development, workflow products, or internal business applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, source control, and software development best practices.
• Experience working with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks.

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for driving HR Service Delivery automation, process optimisation, AI adoption, and operational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with Senior Business, HR COO, and Technology stakeholders to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance workforce decision-making and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software development, workflow products, or internal business applications.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, source control, and software development best practices.
• Experience working with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and convert complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience across transformation, automation, AI enablement, operational excellence, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
