Job summary

Alike Thoughts in Pune, India is seeking a Data Science Engineer to drive consumer intelligence and predictive analytics. You will build and productionize ML/DL models, write robust Python/SQL code, and analyze large datasets to inform marketing and product decisions.

You will collaborate in an Agile team with PMs and engineers, translate business questions into experimental designs, and present clear data-driven recommendations using dashboards and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Data Science.
• Excellent knowledge and expereince of Python and SQL.
• Strong ability to communicate insights while focusing on technical solutions.
• Proficient in analyzing and modeling big data using statistical ML and DL techniques.
• Transform ambiguous questions into impactful experiments or models.
• Familiarity with Customer 360 and Customer Journey modeling requirements.
• Experience with ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Databricks, Spark, Airflow, CICD, GitHub) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced degree in quantitative field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Write production-level test-driven Python and SQL code.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Data Science

• Strong interest in exploring all aspects of data and possess the ability to communicate insights effectively while also concentrating on the technical solutions underlying them
• Proficient in analyzing and modeling big data utilizing statistical machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Expertise in transforming ambiguous questions into impactful experiments analysis or models
• Familiarity with modeling requirements for Customer 360 and Customer Journey
• Experience with Machine Learning platforms AWS Sagemaker Databricks Data Pipelines Spark Airflow CICD GitHub and visualization Power BITableau
• Have a degree in a quantitative field such as Computer ScienceEngineering Mathematics Statistics or Economics with an advanced degree being desirable

Job Responsibilities
