Job summary

SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Python Data Engineer with 3–7 years of hands-on experience to design and build scalable data pipelines.

You will work with Python, Oracle PL/SQL, ETL development, and data engineering to transform data, perform profiling and validation, and support enterprise data platforms within an AML/compliance context.

This full-time role expects collaboration with analysts, architects, QA, and operations, following Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Python Data Engineer or Data Engineer.
• Strong Python programming skills including OOP and data libraries.
• Hands-on Oracle SQL/PLSQL and data pipeline development.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data mapping, validation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python.

We are hiring a Python Data Engineer with strong experience in Python, Oracle PL/SQL, ETL development, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable data pipelines, perform data transformation and validation, and support enterprise data platforms. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or AML Compliance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python.
• Develop optimized SQL and PL/SQL code for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, profiling, and validation.
