Job summary

Deservely Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Data Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will work with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and modern data tooling (Airflow, Spark) and contribute to analytics and BI initiatives while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience developing reliable data solutions for analytics and business intelligence.
• Proficient with relational and cloud databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Experience with data integration tools and workflow orchestration like Apache Airflow; distributed processing with Apache Spark.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services like S3, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Storage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in Agile teams.

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL , Python, and ETL/ELT processes, with hands‑on experience in developing reliable data solutions for analytics and business intelligence.

The candidate should be proficient in working with relational and cloud-based databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery . Experience with data integration tools, workflow orchestration frameworks like Apache Airflow , and distributed data processing using Apache Spark is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, performance optimization, and data quality management is essential.

Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP , along with services like S3, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Google Cloud Storage , is preferred. Familiarity with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and scripting for automation is required.
