Job summary

ETT CareerMove seeks an experienced Python Backend / Tech Architect in Chennai to lead the design and development of scalable Generative AI applications. The role blends hands-on architecture with backend engineering and technical leadership to deliver high-performance AI solutions.

You will architect GenAI systems, design RAG-based solutions, and develop robust APIs while mentoring teams and driving CI/CD deployments in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of Python backend development and solution architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AsyncIO, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on GenAI, RAG, vector databases (pgvector/Pinecone), and LLM development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and OpenShift.
• Design RAG-based solutions, chatbots, and multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
• Develop high-performance asynchronous APIs using AsyncIO and FastAPI.
• Build and optimize data access layers using PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Drive containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote software design best practices.

Experience: 12 16 Years

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend / Tech Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. This role combines hands‑on architecture, backend engineering, and technical leadership to deliver high‑performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and OpenShift.
• Design RAG‑based solutions, chatbots, and multi‑agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
• Develop high‑performance asynchronous APIs using AsyncIO and FastAPI.
• Build and optimize data access layers using PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Drive containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote software design best practices.
