Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Architect with strong Generative AI expertise to lead the architecture and solution design for an automation initiative.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall experience, strong expertise in Python automation and architecture, along with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI.

The role will involve architecting and rapidly developing an automation utility, evaluating opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI, and defining scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture and technical solution for Python‑based automation initiatives.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for intelligent automation using GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Design scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable automation frameworks using Python.
• Evaluate and architect solutions involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Determine appropriate use cases for Agentic AI and define agent architecture and interaction patterns.
• Lead technical POCs and rapidly validate GenAI/Agentic AI‑based automation approaches.
• Define integration architecture between AI components, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
