In this role, you will:

• Show proven experience delivering work end-to-end across planning, estimation, execution, and release management.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Build solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, maintainability, and operational support.
• Apply engineering discipline through standards, code quality practices, and pragmatic technical governance.
• Demonstrate the ability to coach others and raise team capability through guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Bring familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (for example: cloud, microservices, containers, DevOps tooling), with exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning as an advantage.
