Job summary

BrandMyHR in Bengaluru (Electronic City) is seeking a Backend Developer - Python with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for large-scale processing.

You will work on ETL workflows, data manipulation with Pandas, and cloud-enabled architectures, write clean code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across India and UK shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Python development experience, hands-on.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Pandas for data manipulation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Unit tests and code quality practices using pytest.

• Understand the cloud technology, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery and working knowledge of various tools in the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practice
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred Azure
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and pipeline design
• Build and maintain data pipelines: ingesting, transforming, and serving large data sets (Pandas, NumPy).
• Write unit tests, integration tests (pytest) and ensure code quality, maintainability and performance
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
