Job summary

LTM in Perungudi, Chennai is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead Playwright and Python-based automation for Wi-Fi & broadband testing. The role focuses on end-to-end validation, debugging, and performance testing of networking products.

The ideal candidate will design scalable automation, collaborate with Product Development, QA, and Customer Support, and drive CI/CD integration and cross-browser testing across devices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Playwright-based automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Playwright and Python-based automation frameworks.
• Design, execute, and optimize automated test suites for web apps, networking devices, and Wi-Fi platforms.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for new features and enhancements.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, performance, and soak testing.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve product and customer-reported issues.
• Coordinate with product development and QA teams to validate new functionalities.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide defect reports.
• Support production issue investigations and ensure timely closure of escalations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright Automation, Python Test Automation, and Wi-Fi Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for broadband, networking, and Wi-Fi products while ensuring high product quality through end-to-end validation, debugging, and performance testing.

This role requires hands‑on experience in Playwright-based automation frameworks, Python scripting, Wi‑Fi technologies, and customer‑facing issue investigation. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Development, QA, and Customer Support teams to identify root causes, automate test scenarios, and ensure timely resolution of production and customer‑reported issues.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Playwright Automation Framework development.
