Python Application Programming with Kafka

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, microservices, and APIs using Python, Java, and PostgreSQL.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) based solutions and integrations.
• Work along with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions for high-volume transactional and document management processes.
• Design and implement document ingestion, storage, retrieval, streaming, and archival solutions to support enterprise content management needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and production issues across distributed systems.
• Prepare and maintain documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation instructions.
• Drive cloud-native development practices, containerization, automation, and deployment initiatives on OpenShift platforms.
• Integrate enterprise applications with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, availability, and maintainability.
