Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a seasoned professional to lead customer adoption across large enterprises in the Hyderabad region. You will guide organizations through Google Cloud transformations, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

You will work with leadership and global teams to ensure on-time delivery, plan events, and develop best practices that accelerate adoption while aligning with enterprise goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 10 years of experience with navigating customer organizational structures, developing and promoting services solutions and on-time delivery.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Plan for customer events and launches, coordinating with support, engineers, and site reliability engineers to ensure customer success.
• Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
• Lead solution decomposition to translate customer business use cases into delivery models and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Collaborate with business and customer engineering to capture customer use cases and requirements; develop a service strategy for separate accounts.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with navigating customer organizational structures, developing and promoting services solutions and on-time delivery.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience collaborating with teams, groups, business units, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, or content delivery networks.

In this role, you will help customers to adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the adoption of Google Cloud at organizations, guiding them through the technical facts of Google Cloud transformation journey. You will manage the delivery of cloud consulting engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services. You will engage with multiple stakeholder groups, including leadership of enterprises and a cross-functional and global team. • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies.
• Plan for customer events and launches, partner with support, engineers, and site reliability engineers to ensure customer success, and work with customers and support to guide issues or escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
• Lead solution decomposition exercises to take customer business use cases and translate them into delivery models and Statements of Works (SOWs).
• Collaborate with business and customer engineering to capture customer use cases and requirements. Develop a service strategy for separate accounts and act as the point of contact for services business with the business team.
