Job summary

Varex Imaging seeks a Procurement Administrator to manage purchasing data, createPOs in SAP, and track orders. You will generate procurement reports and maintain vendor records, using SAP and Excel daily.

Ideal candidates have a B.Com/ITI with computer skills and 2 years experience, with strong Excel/VLOOKUP abilities and accurate data entry. Join an international team in a growing X-ray imaging leader.

Qualifications

• B.Com/ITI with computer knowledge is required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and SAP data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain purchase & procurement data using SAP tool & MS Excel.
• Punch Purchase order in SAP ERP system & track order status & maintain vendor record.
• Make quotation comparison statement in standard format template & maintain records for same.
• Generate & maintain weekly, monthly procurement report with material delivery tracking & status in MS Excel.

Job Description

• Record, maintain purchase & procurement data using SAP tool & MS Excel.
• Punch Purchase order in SAP ERP system & track order status & maintain vendor record.
