Job summary

REPRESENT seeks an experienced music publishing and royalty operations professional in Mumbai to own end-to-end registrations, royalty collection and catalogue monetisation for its roster.

You will manage registrations with IPRS and international societies, run end-to-end royalty pipelines, audit income across DSPs and sub-publishers, and craft monetisation plans across rights and revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years in music publishing, rights administration or royalty operations.
• Working knowledge of IPRS, society workflows, DSP reporting and publishing metadata (ISWC, ISRC, IPI).
• Strong spreadsheet and reconciliation skills; comfortable with large statements.
• Detail-obsessed, process-driven and comfortable owning numbers.
• Clear understanding of publishing deal structures, splits and recoupment.

Responsibilities
