Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing Technical teams/Developers in the design and development of solutions to business/project requirements and conflict resolution.
2. Project Proposals & Effort Estimation, Model Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
3. Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application.
4. Modeling the enterprise and business landscape to analyze the alignment of business capabilities with delivered technology and IT solutions.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the abilities to communicate efficiently at all levels of development process and proficient in coordination and people management skills.
6. Drafting of System requirement documents and system specifications and managing system SLAs as defined as scrum master.
7. Guides, instructs and assists others at lower levels on straightforward technical issues and tracking project deliverables.
8. Proficient in client management and need-gap analysis as a client-side coordinator and capture work/task logs, project updates, timesheets of self and team.
9. Building strong partnerships with all the project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and forecasting of revenue and resources.
10. Capacity to deliver the product end to end from a technical standpoint and consulting customers on technology, solutions & agile processes.
