Job summary

AVIAN We Group in Delhi is seeking a proactive Public Relations Executive to manage media relations, craft press materials, and support client campaigns. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, creative ideation, and strong writing abilities in a dynamic PR environment.

You will develop campaigns, pitch stories to national and regional media, coordinate events, and monitor media coverage to boost client visibility and reputation across markets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A good understanding of the national and regional media landscape.
• Experience in media pitching, press release drafting, and PR campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• PR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to communication strategies based on industry trends, client objectives, stakeholder insights, and competitor activities.
• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop creative ideas for PR campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives while identifying relevant media opportunities.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with national and regional media, pitch stories, and manage incoming media queries.
• Content Development: Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, newsletters, speeches, and other materials.
• Client Servicing: Support day‑to‑day client communication, participate in brainstorming sessions, and provide media insights.
• Event Management: Coordinate PR events and media engagements, including venue selection, timelines, checklists, and on‑ground execution.
• Media Monitoring & Insights: Track media coverage, monitor conversations, and identify opportunities to strengthen visibility.
• Industry & Competitor Research: Stay updated on sector developments and PR trends to support planning.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations Executive with a strong understanding of media relations, communication strategies, and PR campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, an understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to build strong client and media relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
